CPI is responsive to the specialised nature of the compressor industry and is able to manufacture and supply complementary products and services.

CPI cartridge valve system

A time saving proprietary fuel valve design that eliminates the need to remove the ‘cage’ when replacing a fuel injection valve. Installing the CPI cartridge valve system can minimise downtime and simplify maintenance.

The CPI cartridge valve can be adapted easily to fit Cooper, Clark, Worthington and some Ingersoll-Rand engine models.

CPI roller-type wear detector

The CPI roller-type wear detector is easy to install, reliable and requires only minimal maintenance. It can be used in applications where low ambient temperatures, certain synthetic lubricants and incompatible rod coatings prevent the installation of heat sensitive friction type protective devices.

CPI abrasion resistant valves

For applications where abrasives are causing premature failure of standard valves and suspended solids dictate the use of an open flow design. Abrasion resistant valves are especially effective in saltwater disposal, tank truck and work over applications.

Miscellaneous valves

CPI can provide wing guided valves and cage type valves for various pumps, and custom valves for special applications.

Emission Systems

Gas Purge Control Systems

CPI also supply a range of gas purge control systems to maintain buffer differential and monitor rod-packing conditions in reciprocating compressors, for both single and multi cylinder units that offer manual or automatic maintenance of buffer pressure/vent differentials.

Custom made systems are available with multi-buffer and additional purge operations with optional pressure sensor for alarm functions, H2S monitoring or complete shut-down systems for total control. These systems can also be made to provide information to determine the status of rod packings, which can assist in planning shut-downs, alleviating emergency reaction to unscheduled problems.

CPI Static Seal

Designed to be activated when it is necessary to hold pressure within the cylinder of a compressor, at which point some leakage of expensive, noxious or potentially explosive gases usually occurs. The CPI static seal provides an ideal solution that can virtually eliminate packing case leakage, during the need for compressor inactivity.

When used in conjunction with special vented or buffered packings the CPI static seal can provide almost total control of gas leakages, and can be adapted to suit most compressor operating pressure levels.
